Samba Grill - Brazilian Steakhouse on Royal Caribbean

Cruising is expensive and the costs can start to add up fast. Royal Caribbean Cruise food options are extensive and some have an additional cost. How do you choose which one to spend your time and money at? Today we are taking you to Samba Grill, a Brazilian Steakhouse on Royal Caribbean Cruise ships. We are going to tell you everything you need to know to decide if this restaurant is one you would want to spend your time and money at.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line has lots of restaurants to choose from and each has its own flair and attraction. Samba Grill has a slightly different theme depending what cruise ship you are on. We got to dine here on the Allure of the Seas. We loved the atmosphere with the floor to ceiling windows with views out the front of the ship. There were little running water features in the restaurant and a nice casual feel. On Radiance of the Seas there is a more formal feeling with white tablecloths and red and gold accenting. Regardless of the ship, Royal Caribbean Samba Grill will provide terrific views.

The location of this Royal Caribbean Specialty dining is very special.  On the Allure of the Seas it is located at the front of the ship, on deck 15,  in the Solarium which is the adult only area. Don’t worry the restaurant is not adult only so kids can join you here for dinner. What we really liked was that the views are amazing especially if you can book something around sunset. A lot of the restaurants on Royal Caribbeans Allure of the Seas did not have windows with views of the ocean so we appreciated the views at Samba Grill.

One of the main areas people ask us about when discussing Royal Caribbean Cruise food is the menu. Samba Grill is a Brazilian steakhouse that has a variety of meat and seafood that are carved table side. There is also a soups, salad and appetizer buffet. The meal starts with the buffet where you can enjoy a variety of Brazilian specialites and salad. There is a cold salad bar with lettuce, veg, potato salad, seafood salad and more. Be sure to also check out the hot bar, we loved the empanadas. The main course at Samba Grill includes 9 different types of meat. You are not going to leave this restaurant hungry.
